The common factors in the cases of arson and vandalism this autumn and winter have been racist attitudes and alcohol. Over the autumn and early winter months around a dozen cases of arson, arson attempts or other kinds of attacks have been seen at planned or functioning refugee reception centres or emergency housing facilities.”
