600 Bulgarian nationalists march to honor fascist leader

Sofia, Bulgaria: approximately 600 nationalists, mostly from the Ataka political party, (the main force of nationalism in Bulgaria) gather to pay their respects to war time fascist leader Lieutenant-General Hristo Lukov.

Lukov was a Bulgarian lieutenant-general and politician, Minister of War, who led the nationalistic Union of Bulgarian National Legions (UBNL).
During the Second World War he was a supporter of the Axis powers, particularly Nazi Germany.

The event was carried out unopposed, save for three men arrested for unknown contraband.
