Lukovmarch is an annual torchlight procession, organized by Bulgarian National Union in honorable memory of general Hristo Lukov. General Lukov was a WWI hero, minister of war in Tsardom of Bulgaria (1935 – 1938) and later, leader of the strongest nationalist organization at that time – Union of Bulgarian National Legions. He was cowardly murdered by communist terrorist group – shot in the back in front of his 9-year-old daughter on the 13th of February 1943.
Lukovmarch started in 2003 as a small local event with only 15 people. At that time, the memory of gen. Lukov was almost completely wiped out, after decades of communist efforts. Back then he was known only by few people, interested in history and by the few, very old members of his organization, who survived the communist concentration camps. The first Lukovmarch was organized after the story about gen. Lukov, told by these old nationalists, inspired the young members of BNU. After the fall of communist dictatorship, those old men gathered every year in one church, in the capital city – Sofia, to organize a memorial service for general Lukov. On one such service they invited members of the newly formed patriotic youth organization BNU. At this meeting the memory and the legacy of general Hristo Lukov was passed from the old to the new generation of Bulgarian nationalists. This was the event that inspired Lukovmarch.
Years of efforts finally paid off. In 2012 more than 1 000 people gathered for Lukovmarch. The next year, more then 2 000 people marched on the streets of Sofia, chanting the name of the General. Since then, this is the usual number of people, taking part in the event. It became also a tradition to organize an information campaign in the whole country in the month before the march. Lectures about the General are held in different Bulgarian cities every year. Propaganda materials are distributed in every corner of the country and hundreds of volunteers take part in the campaign.
Lukovmarch became the biggest annual event for the Bulgarian nationalists. It became more than just a commemoration of a fallen hero. It became a day of unity – different factions and different organizations join the march. They forget all their differences in that day and Lukovmarch is the event that truly unites the National movement in Bulgaria. Although mainly the youth take part in Lukovmarch, you can see people of all ages, people with different professions and social status, joining the rally. From students in the universities and high schools, to workers, small and medium-sized business owners, engineers, lawyers, doctors, IT specialists, retired military officers, parents with their young children, even priests. It is like an example of what could be a nation united under nationalist ideals – a sense of brotherhood, a high self-discipline and an iron will.
But Lukovmarch also became an event of European scale. During the years nationalists from all over Europe have sended delegations. Our comrades from Croatia, Germany, Austria, France, Sweden, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Russia, Switzerland, Flanders and Wallonia were presented on Lukovmarch. In 2012, as part of the expanding campaign, in Sofia was held a conference of European nationalists under the theme „Europe of the free nations, not a dictatorship of EU bureaucrats“. Lectors from Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany and France took part in it. The special guest on the event was professor Pierre Vial from France, one of the pioneers of the New Right, after WWII. After the conference everything that was written and spoken was published in a book. In 2014 the German music band Libertin created a song in honour of general Hristo Lukov. Lukovmarch is now one of the annual events that strengthen the ties between the European nationalists in their common struggle against the forces of globalization that are trying to destroy the identity of our nations. In 2017 we are expecting the highest number of foreign guests on the march. Between 8 and 10 European nations will be present with delegates from various organizations, including Polish and Norwegian nationalists for the first time. They all will be united into a special block during the march, led under the banner with the slogan „Defend Europe“.
Of course all the success of the march had drawn the attention of the anti-national forces. Several organization, most of them connected to George Soros’s Open society foundation, start a campaign against Lukovmarch. Despite the media campaign and all their effort, the so called antifa, couldn’t form a negative public opinion – on the contrary, the support from the public for the march grows. Their biggest protest against Lukovmarch until now gathered no more than 30 people, half of them even not from Bulgaria. Despite this, all the non nationalist parties in the parliament (especially the socialists – the successors of the communist party) condemn the march and the problems with the authorities are growing. This happens mainly because of the pressure from various zionist organizations and the embassy of Israel which are pushing for a ban of the march, directly violating the national sovereignty of Bulgaria. The main reason for this is that one of the communist assassins of gen. Lukov was a jewish woman. We are hardly expecting these organizations to apologize, or at least to condemn the murder of a national hero. Instead of this they just decided to claim that the General was “anti-semite” (without any actual evidence supporting this claim). As a result of this pressure, the mayor of the city, in violation of the Bulgarian law, has banned the march last three years. But Lukovmarch was held anyway, despite some difficulties, caused by the police. And finally last year the court sentenced that the mayor of Sofia violated the law by banning the march. But we are sure that this battle will continue.
Pikeville, Kentucky: Traditionalist Worker’s Party Demonstration/Unity Event
The Traditionalist Worker Party, along with the other member organizations of the Nationalist Front, are going to be holding a conference and event at the end of April in Pikeville Kentucky.
The event will be the evening of April 28th and the day of the 29th.
Pike County is 98.35% European and went over 80% for Trump in the recent elections. It is an area that is in need of advocacy and organization, with almost a third of the children living under the poverty line and 1 in 5 elderly people.
Due to the loss of mining jobs and the shutdown of other industries, Pike County has steadily lost population for the last two and a half decades. Many people, who have had their families living in the region for hundreds of years, are being forced out of their community due to the joys of globalism and the capitalist system.
The purpose of the event is two-fold; first of all, we will be having a dinner, speeches, live music, and training seminars at nearby Jenny Wiley State Park. Given that the venue is a State Park, they cannot shut down the event, giving us a great and beautiful place to hold a time for fellowship.
The training seminars will be on everything from NS philosophy, to how to march for public events, to activism techniques and how to engage both online and IRL to advance our ideals.
Professionalizing our movement means training both brand new guys and veterans on having the knowledge and the abilities to be the best nationalists they can be.
Friday night will be mostly for socializing and meeting new friends and enjoying home cooked meals and listening to music; but Saturday is right into the trenches for training.
Dress code for men is a black work shirt, black pants, and black boots; with an organizational patch on the left arm. Women are requested to dress modestly and in black as well.
The second portion of the event will be a public event that will be held at the courthouse in Pikeville on the afternoon of the 29th. Those concerned with OPSEC are encouraged to wear a black military style cap and aviator style sunglasses. All attendees should be prepared for possible Leftist attacks, we will not be driven from the streets, under any circumstances.
We will be asking every attendee to either bring half a dozen non-perishable food items, to donate to the local food pantry, or money to donate to a local charity that works in White communities in the region.
Pre-registration details will be available in the next few days. We are looking at a cost of about $30 per attendee, and that is to cover the cost of renting the hall, food both Friday night and Saturday morning, and any and all excess will be added to the charitable donation.
Paddy Tarleton will be performing, and we will have speakers from a variety of organizations, so this should be a great time for fellowship and moving towards a more effective movement in America.
Any and all questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Hail Victory and see y’all in Pikeville.
Falun, Sweden: Nordic Resistance May Day March
Last year’s May Day demonstration in Borlänge was a huge success for the Resistance. This year’s demonstration is in Falun.
Falun, which is the neighboring city of Borlänge, is home to several anti-white elements and a few senior people on the left, who in practice are capitalist lackeys and globalists. Nordic Council of Resistance is the only party that will demonstrate for Swedish workers in Falun on May 1st.
The demonstration will start in the residential area and end at the main square where the town hall is located. There will be speeches held by the Resistance representatives. More information will be posted later.
