Vancouver, Canada: Soldiers Of Odin Crash Antifa Rally

Monday, March 27th.

During an “International Day Against Racism” rally which was organized by several left wing groups, the Vancouver branch of the Soldiers Of Odin came out to confront the demonstrators.

Making their entrance with a purple smoke bomb, “tempers flared almost immediately” according to one eyewitness, as verbal arguments between the left wing and Soldiers of Odin quickly escalated to pushing and shoving.

One anarchist attempted to snatch a Canadian flag away from a SOO member, but was put in a headlock until police intervened.

Three of the SOO men were arrested for breach of the peace and released shortly after the rally ended.

European Civil War Reader Brawls With Antifa In Canadian ‘Islamophobia’ Riots!

I’ll set the scene first, and quote from Global News:

Anti-Islamophobia motion provokes protests, counter-protests across Canada

There were tense moments in cities including Montreal and Toronto Saturday between supporters and opponents of M-103, a non-biding Parliamentary motion that calls for the Canadian government to “condemn Islamophobia and all forms of systemic racism and religious discrimination.”

In Montreal, a heavy police presence outside city hall kept the two sides apart as a demonstration by critics of the motion was met by an equally large counter-protest.

Despite police efforts to keep the two sides apart, some isolated scuffles occurred between the two sides as tempers flared.

It turns out our regular reader and commenter David was one of those ‘scuffling’ individuals! Not only that, but he became a front page piece of news in a number of large journals…

If you click on the link to the above article here, you will see him in the picture of the fight right after the fourth paragraph. The picture is of him getting kicked in the head by a group of Antifa, though that shot must have been selectively chosen by the journalists in question.

As David explained to me:

“I had a true friend along who pushed a couple of them back so I could get back up
and keep swinging. But the press released this unflattering moment, they love seeing
nationalists being beaten.”

David speaks the truth, as the last thing the mainstream press wants is more versions of ‘Based Stickman’ running around becoming folk heroes 🙂

The Image

Make sure you click on that link to check it out, as I have been not reproduced the image here. I reached out to ‘the Canadian Press’ (over their website) to get permission to reprint it but they said it would cost 59$ to get the rights to reuse it for a 3 month span (even more if longer than three months).

For any unitiated readers, the Antifa are groups of ‘antifascist’ protestors, normally dressed in all black or in ‘anarchist’ clothing, that often show up at these rallys. We have showed on this website how they are usually directly funded by 1) George Soros-affiliated NGO’s, and 2) Western governments themselves in places like Germany, Sweden, and yes, Canada.

The Antifa are the Pinkertons of modern Progressivism, engaging in violence, harassment, and extortion directed towards any who support right-wing or anti-mass immigration political movements. The have egged and attacked female Trump supporters, ruined businessmen’s practices in Germany, and countless other evils. David should be proud to have fought with them.

David also shared additional thoughts on the entire event and the experience of being in one of these ‘protesting’ square-offs:

The street march/protest scene is an incredibly awkward thing. Your hands
are largely tied by heavy police presence, any major escalation obviously
leads to arrests. It’s this three-way waltz where the two sides and the
police constantly bump and step on each other’s toes while being forced to
conform to an overall structure.

Beyond the blueballs of not being able to engage, I see protests as an
abomination by definition, in the sense that a well-functioning society
should have better processes for people to get their opinions heard than
this. Must it really be a matter of menacing, primeval crowds blocking
public spaces and causing disruption and damage?

In any case, the hate and violence seems to be escalating so rapidly that
this manifestation of the left-right conflict might just be a blip on the
radar before it all becomes more grown-up stuff.

I was in Europe this winter, and it is a galvanizing experience to see how
things are now in the cities I’ve known since childhood.

Wise words I think.

In Closing

Massive props to David for fighting back against the Antifa, for protesting in favor of Canada’s survival, and for battling against the destructive and insane policies of Justin Trudeau and Canada’s far-left government.

As we all know, ‘Mr.’ Trudeau wants to make Canada into a ‘feminist, humanitarian superpower’ just like Sweden, as well as copy its multicultural politics and mass-immigration model. Trudeau is the absolute embodiment of reality-dissasociated Liberal-privilege and r-Selection, and I am sure I speak for everyone reading this in congratulating David, and in praying men like him are successful and can preserve a future for Canada and her people. Canadian children deserve a safer and brighter world than the Western European-style hell that Trudeau would bequeath to them.

Stockholm, Sweden: Soldiers Of Odin vs. Antifa

Swedish Soldiers of Odin group involved in 'extremist' clashes

Brawling between Soldiers of Odin and a left-wing group in the town of Jönköping on Saturday night resulted in a string of arrests.
Twelve people have been arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault.
The incident took place after right-wing street patrol group Soldiers of Odin informed police Saturday evening that they would be patrolling through the town, reports news agency TT.
Soldiers of Odin, founded by Finnish Nazi Mika Ranta, has also conducted patrols in Uppsala, Gothenburg and Stockholm, among other locations.
Several of its Swedish members have been convicted of serious crimes and have Nazi sympathies.
Around 1:30am on Sunday morning, police received a number of reports of fighting between two groups in central Jönköping.
Between 15 and 50 people were involved in the fighting, according to the police, with a number of these armed with various types of weapons.
Twelve people were apprehended as a result of the violence and later arrested on suspicion of assault, Robin Simonsson of the Public Prosecution (Åklagarmyndigheten) press department told TT.
The fight was between members of Soldiers of Odin and left-wing extremist group AFA, according to the police.
“The left-wing movement in Jönköping has grown and this has made it more interesting for their opponents to be here. For some reason, they want to be in the same place,” said Lars-Göran Nilseryd, duty officer with Region East (region Öst) Police, to TT.
Information on social media suggests the fighting may have been prearranged, although police were unable to confirm this.
“We received information that Soldiers of Odin were going to patrol the town earlier in the evening, how we got that information I’m unable to say,” said Nilseryd.

S.O.O. Quebec: Purging The Cucks, Increasing Patrols

The Soldiers of Odin have been patrolling the streets of Quebec City since February.

In the early evening darkness, four figures huddled in the parking lot of a Quebec City arena, all wearing black sweatshirts emblazoned with a drawing of Odin, a Norse god of war.

One was a professional hunter, another a wood-factory worker. They stomped their boots in the cold, shared a cigarette or two, then set off to patrol the historic streets of the city, armed only with a flashlight and the belief they were protecting Quebecers from a vague but dangerous threat.

Leading the group that night was a 47-year-old father of four, Dave Tregget, who paints cars by day, but on evenings and weekends was in charge of the Quebec chapter of Soldiers of Odin.

“We are Canadians helping Canadians,” said Tregget as he steered the group through Saint-Roch, a neighbourhood where urban renewal meets poverty in Quebec City.

“I want to protect our Canadian charter of rights and liberties. We’ve got to fight to keep these rights.”

Tregget felt the group’s success in Quebec depended on softening its anti-immigration image and putting some distance between the founding Finnish members, who have been accused of having ties with neo-Nazis.

“We’re Canadian, and Canada was based on immigration so we cannot be against it,” Tregget said, marching the group up Langelier Boulevard in the Quebec capital on a Tuesday night in early December.

It was a position that proved untenable. Last Friday, he was replaced by his second-in-command, Katy Latulippe. There are conflicting accounts of what happened. Latulippe says Tregget was suspended; Tregget says he quit, “finished with the racist image of Finland,” as he later told CBC News in a Facebook message.

Regardless of the details, what is clear is that with Tregget out, and Latulippe in, the group will undergo a reorientation. The new acting president has vowed to return the Quebec branch of the Soldiers of Odin to its Finnish roots and ramp up patrols of the more Muslim areas of Quebec City.

“We won’t allow them to bring mayhem to our streets and the gang rapes that we’re seeing in certain countries currently,” she said. “That’s all we want to do.”

Latulippe is still a relative newcomer to Quebec City, having moved there recently from Magog, Quebec.

“Dave (Tregget) avoided that, on patrols, we go into areas where there are a lot of Muslims or Islamization,” she said.

The Soldiers of Odin have around 3,500 members in Canada, with 400 of them in Quebec.

They have, since February, organized patrols through various neighbourhoods, sometimes as many as three or four times a week.

Soldiers of Odin

They also attracted attention by providing security at a demonstration outside the National Assembly in October, which was attended by several other far-right groups in the province.

And the group has teamed up on a number of occasions with Atalante Québec, an openly neo-fascist organization that speaks of protecting the “neo-French.”

The two groups joined forces for a food drive last month and jointly patrolled the Laval University campus after a spate of sexual assaults there in October.

“What we’ve aimed for since we started Soldiers of Odin is to unite all the groups of what we’ll call the ‘far right’ because our common denominator is (being against) the system”, they said.

Soldiers of Odin, dubbed ‘extreme anti-refugee group,’ patrol Edmonton streets

Brian Curry, a man who purports to be the Soldiers of Odin Edmonton chapter's vice-president, posted this photo on Aug. 28 with the caption 'out on a walk-about last night.'

The Soldiers of Odin, a European organization that has been dubbed “an extreme anti-refugee group” by the Anti-Defamation League, has begun setting up shop in Edmonton.

About 10 men, all  wearing matching insignia on their backs, a Norse horned helmet with a Canadian flag for a beard, have been seen patrolling the city’s streets.

According to social media posts by the group, marches have also taken place in British Columbia and Ontario.

While some see them as protectors, anti-whites & foreigners consider them dangerous vigilantes.

The group’s bylaws state their goal is to take back the streets, and patrols are their way of doing that.

Inspector Dan Jones said the Edmonton Police Service is aware of the Soldiers of Odin, but hasn’t received any complaints.

If they are the Soldiers of Odin like they are in Europe, we are going to be very concerned,” Jones said. “But at this stage, we don’t have any reason to believe they have engaged in criminal activity.”

Soldiers of Odin opens chapters in Yukon, Hamilton

An image from the Soldiers of Odin Yukon's Facebook page.

A group that has been deemed an extreme anti-refugee vigilante organization has set up shop in Yukon, according to the RCMP.

S.O.O. Yukon organizes through a closed Facebook group, & its members are also active in public, carrying out street patrols.

Yukon RCMP say they have not yet received any complaints about the local Soldiers of Odin chapter.

S.O.O. is also setting up a chapter in Hamilton.

The presence in Hamilton is informal right now, with about eight or nine members getting organized as of August, said Soldiers Of Odin national president Joel Angott. There’s a lot of interest, but potential Hamilton members are being carefully vetted.

Group activities include neighbourhood street patrols & cleaning up local parks.

Helsinki, Finland: 3,000 Nationalists Hold Torchlight March On Independence Day

Finland flag

Thousands of Finnish nationalists have taken to the streets of the capital Helsinki to stage rallies and a torch-lit march dedicated to the 99th anniversary of the country’s independence.

The demonstrators, guided by police, marched through the city to the Hietaniemi cemetery.

Once there, they lit candles in honor of soldiers who have died fighting for Finland.

Reports state about 3,000 people took part in the procession.

The chairman of nationalist group, Jari-Pekka Marin, told Ruptly at the march: “We are part of the European Union, we are not independent as everybody knows.”

About 200 members of the Nordic Resistance Movement (NRM) took to the streets in a separate gathering that later joined up with the main march.

A sizable counter-demonstration was organized by anti-fascist group Varisverkosto, the anarchist A-ryhmä, and the Helsinki youth wing of the Left Alliance, culminating in brief clashes with police and the NRM that saw seven arrests.

The Nordic Resistance wrote a full report on events as they happened, reposted below from

Soldiers Of Odin Now Active In France

The nationalist street patrol group Soldiers Of Odin has been active in Bordeaux since at least September of this year, carrying out street patrols & participating in uplifting community activities.

Screenshot of a French  S.O.O. patrol video, now removed from YouTube

The group said it had “formed to protect and assist French citizens, participate in civic actions such as shoreline cleanup, blood donation, assistance to the homeless who are forgotten and set aside by the system,” and also “to protect our streets, & conduct regular patrols to fight against the growing insecurity in our country.” About the groups’ name, they said it is in the foundations of Nordic culture and paganism that our Gallic, Celtic and Viking ancestors practiced and respected.”

Soldiers Of Odin now has active chapters in at least the countries of Finland, Estonia, Ireland, Belgium, & France (there are probably some I’m missing) as well as a network of supporters across Europe & North America.

Melbourne, Australia: 300 Strong Anti-Islam Rally Held Without Opposition

Opposition leader Bill Shorten condemned the rally (pictured) and said the views of the groups were taking Australia 'down the wrong path and the wrong direction'

Bringing together some of the most prominent anti-islam & pro-white groups in Australia, a 300 strong rally against islam was held yesterday in Melbourne at a park near the proposed site of a future “muslims only” housing estate.

The protest was organized by the True Blue Crew & attended by, among others, the United Patriot’s Front, Soldiers of Odin, and the Party for Freedom.

In contrast to the running street battles that were the hallmark of nationalist protests in Melbourne, the only confrontation here was a verbal argument between one member of the True Blue Crew & a member of the Soldiers of Odin.

Indeed, antifa & the left in general failed to bring even a single counter protester.

The event was concluded with a barbecue and speeches by Blair Cottrell  & Kim Vuga (pictured below).

Founder and president of the Love Australia or Leave party Kim Vuga is pictured speaking to anti-Islam supporters at the rally

Soldiers of Odin now active in four cities across Ireland

The Soldiers of Odin, an anti-Islamic group who have started street patrols in several Irish towns in recent weeks say they are not thugs, but will defend themselves if necessary.

Soldiers of Odin (SoO)was formed in Finland last October, carrying out street patrols which they said were to protect people, particularly women, from attacks from immigrants.

Their founder, Mika Ranta, is a self-confessed neo-Nazi with a conviction for a racially-motivated assault.

An Irish branch of the group was set up this year and is led by a Portuguese man living in Carlow. They have posted pictures of themselves carrying out patrols in places including Dublin, Wexford, Laois and Kilkenny.

A spokesman for Soldiers of Odin Ireland told the Sunday World the aim of the group was to “highlight the evils of Islam and to start the debate on how followers of Islam demand that we respect and conform to their ways”.

He said the group was non-violent, but added: “We will defend ourselves if necessary.”

He also said they are “ready to rumble” with anti-white groups.

He said the group was made up of many different nationalities and religions, but confirmed there were no black members. It is understood several are White immigrants to Ireland.

Asked what the purpose of the patrols was, he said: “Patrols are carried out if we are told of problems in particular areas.”
